ARRANGE TAKOYAKI  
                             black sesami taste Takoyaki
(How to make)
Add 14 cups of thin soup stocks 
and
little more than 4 cups of black sesami
and a little salt a little salt.
And fry it  always .
Finally,soy sauce with soup stock
or vinegar with grated radish instead  of sauce.

   Curry  taste  Takoyaki
(How to make) 
Add a little more than  three tablespoonfuls of curry powder  for  6cups of flour.
Sift it  and   dissolve    14 cups of thin soup stock.
And fry it  always .  ingredients   are  boiled  mix vegetable  and cut hams.
Finally,not spread sauce on Takoyaki, spread   tartar sauce  instead  of  mayonnaise.
    
   Tomato taste Takoyaki
(How to make)   
Add  14 cups of thin soup stock , a little more than 6 cups of tomato ketchup and  a little salt for 6cups of flour 
And fry it  always , ingredients  are  vienna sausage  or   poached shrimp instead of octopus, onion and parsley  instead of  scallion.
And also put melted cheese. Finally, spread pizza sauce instead of sause.Not sprinkle dried bonito.

 How to make TAKOYAKI ??
               : Ingredients: (for 60 balls)
 

50 grams boiled Octopus, 50 grams cabbage, 30 grams green onion, pickled ginger, tenkasu, salad oil, 250 grams wheet flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 1/2 eggs, 800cc  soup stock.

1.Cut octopus into bite size pieces.
2.Cut cabbage, green onion and pickeled ginger into migingiri (mince).
3.Beat egg, added with soup stock.
4.Add flour, baking powder and salt, mix lightly for making batter.
5.Heat and oil lightly takoyaki plate well.
6.Pour batter into molds on hot plate and put octopus, cabbage, green onion, pickled ginger and tenkasu on each top. Heat a while.
7.When batter on the edge of the molds become cooked, gather batter outside of the molds into the center together with fillngs. Use senmaidoushi (skewer) to gather.
8.When batter browns turn over to form balls. Continue to heat while turning it over and over until balls become evenly browned and well cooked inside.
Top with sauce, powdered dried bonito and aonori to taste desired.
