● Kinds of tea

There are several kinds of tea in China. And there are many sorts of methods classifying tea　too. Generally, tea is classified depending on the fermentation level. For example, green tea is not fermentation at all. Great quantities of green tea are mad and consumed. White tea is a verily lightly fermented tea, produced mostly in Fujian. Black tea is a heavily fermented tea.
