TEA
CHINESE TEA
The one that is manufactured
in China and Taiwan in this item, liked, and drunk is described as
"Chinese tea" though the tea made in Taiwan such as beautiful women
of the east made by a peculiar manufacturing method to the brand [dearu]
[kooitada] oolong tea of original Taiwan and Taiwan might be distinguished from
the tea of a Chinese continent and the name of Taiwanese tea be used. It is
divided roughly into six kinds (blue tea, black tea, green tea, tea, white tea,
and yellow tea) depending on the manufacturing method though it is assumed that
it reaches several thousand kinds when the one drunk as Chinese tea is
classified in detail now. These are called six large cups of tea. China and
Taiwan do not reach say, and have the lover all over the world.
BLACK TEA
Black tea
([kokucha] , [kurocha]) means the tea made from the fermentation manufacturing
method after it ferments by Aspergillus oryzae for several months or more among
Chinese tea.
Tea leaf
of [pu-aru] teaIt classifies in [chamochi] general and tea (Chinese tea) is
classified into six kinds (black blue tea, green tea, white tea, yellow tea,
and tea and tea) by the difference of the manufacturing method. There are six
[**cha] of other Guangxi provinces and a Tang Dynasty brick tea etc. of Sichuan
though the representative of black tea with a peculiar taste and the smell is
[pu-aru] tea of Yunnan. It eats tea that passes a similar process of
manufacture as food in Thailand and Myanmar ([rapeso-]).
It is
manufactured, and Shikoku is the main productive center in black tea also in
Japan though it is a little. The thing that is called "Go stone tea"
is made in Kochi Prefecture, and this has go stone shape literally. However, it
almost makes and it is shipped as a material of the [rareru] tea gruel in for
drinking [sarezu] and islands of the Inland Sea in local. It is scarce goods,
and it is almost limited to the reservation production.
ENGLAND TEA
The tea that had been
imported as a start medicine developed with a very popular British customs when
it became the middle of the 18th century. As for the kind of tea, tea increased
in the middle of the 18th century, and tea came always to be drunk in addition
at the tea time of the afternoon in the morning day and night though the start
was green tea.
JAPANESE TEA
A lot of dry
manufacturing methods are taken massaging it after it heat-treats by steaming
and the oxidation and fermentation are stopped (There is the one not massaged
either). Fermentation stops at once because the tea leaf will be heat-treated
soon picking it. Therefore, Japanese tea is usually green tea. The
heat-treatment roasted with the boiler instead of steaming might be used.
Japanese tea that takes this manufacturing method is called [kamairicha]. As
for [kamairicha], the Ureshino tea etc. of Kyushu are famous. The steamed
manufacturing method is Japanese, is peculiar, and the roasted manufacturing
method is near Chinese tea.
Word "Green
tea" is often used in two meanings of the narrow sense and the wide sense.
Meaning (Refer to the superior green tea, the green tea, and coarse tea for
details) of green tea of middle goods located in the middle of the superior
green tea (quality goods) and coarse tea (low quality)"Green tea" in
the narrow sense. "Green tea" in the wide sense is a generic name
given to tea general used without sawing the tea leaf transmitted from a
Chinese continent since the early modern age to powdered green tea ([hicha]) in
the tea ceremony that will be established by the Middle Ages.
In case of green tea in
general, it means a lot of green tea only made in Japan, that is, the green tea
(wide sense) in Japan though green tea is almost synonymous with no
fermentation tea academically. In a word, whole like the superior green tea,
coarse tea, the roasted tea, and the coarse tea mixed with roasted and popped
rice, etc. besides the green tea (narrow sense) is indicated. In addition,
powdered green tea might be included in the wide sense.
Fermentation tea near
black tea of Chinese tea is manufactured in part, and it is called the pickles
tea. A lot in Shikoku such as Awa coarse tea of Tokushima Prefecture, go stone
tea of Kochi Prefecture, and [koku**] black tea of Ehime Prefecture. There is
noisily tea about Toyama besides Shikoku.
