1For the first time When we wear a long-sleeved kimono,@what do we careful ?? BGK
@When we wear it for the first time, we are confused by long sleeve.
If want to sit on the chair, we should lap sleeves at the front of ourself.
And we must be especially@carful in the toilet !!!
If you staint your important it in there, you'll spoil not only a kimono but the important day.
So when we go there, we should tie sleeves or catch the sash.

@ First you stretch back and nape, draw jaw, take out a little forward and turn inside toe.
this balance is the basis of behavior. When you walk, you keep to walk pigeo-toed in mind.
When you sit on chair, you sit at right of your seat and sit shallow.
