MARRIAGE
     "Marriage" means congeniality between wine and dish.
     Congeniality between them is very important thing.


 Red wine goes with meat foods !
      Astringency of red wine (tannin) is effective in cleaning fat from your mouth.
      It shows off taste of meat.  Red wine meets not only meat foods also a heavy dish. 


 White wine goes with fish foods!
      Perfume of white wine swallows smell of fish and shellfish, and it shows off taste.
      I recommend white wine when you eat plain dish.

 Rose wine goes with various foods!
      Rose wine put red wine and white wine together.  So, Rose wine meets various foods.

                          We can buy it at main station in Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto.
    Kobe wine jelly・・・It's sold.  It costs ¥900 to buy 2 white wine jelly, 2 rose wine jelly.
                         It costs ¥14400 to buy 16 wine jellies.
    Wine jelly・・・A recipe is there!!

★★★ HOW TO MAKE WINE GELATIN★★★


INGREDIENTS

 Red wine or White wine・・・100cc
 Granulated sugar・・・50g
 Water・・・200cc
 Gelatinous・・・10g
 Water for gelatinous・・・3 tablespoons
     *You can make 3 small glasses of wine jelly from that amount.






RECIPE

 1. First, add water to gelatinous.
 2. Add water and granulated sugar into the bowl,
 
   and cook it in the microwave oven for 3 minutes without       wrap.
 3. Add melting gelatinous into the bowl, and mix it up.

 4. After gelatinous melted, add wine into the bowl.
    And mix it up.
 5. Pour it to your favorite glasses.
 6. Chill and harden in the refrigerator.
 7. You can enjoy your WINE JELLY!!

     Wineglasses have several kinds which is for red wine, white wine, champagne.
     And, these are necessary things to drink best style.

          1. Glass is thin as much as possible. (Palatable)
          2. Glass is white. (Colorless)
          3. Glass is rather large.
          4. Stem of the glass is long.  Because our temperature doesn't effect to wine.
