Tukishima Shizuku is a real bookworm. She always find the name 'Amasawa Seiji' on the call cards of the books which she borrow from the library. The name is on her mind. One day she meets a curious cat riding the bullet train, and follows him to a quaint shop named "Chikyu-ya", the earth shop on a hill. Inside is a statue of a cat called the Baron, which inspires Shizuku to write her first novel. It turns out that the owner of the cat is Amasawa Kouji, and his younger brother is the boy she saw in the classroom.... whose name is Seiji. She finds herself at "Chikyu-ya". She comes to the decision that what she wants to do is writing, so she sets upon the task of penning her first novel. Shizuku visits the earth shop late on the afternoon in late autumn. The purpose is to have Seiji's grandfather read her story first. Several houes later, the grandfather said to Shizuku, "I had your possibility in your story. You held out very much. You are wonderful." Shizuku awoke early next morning. When she casually opened the window, Seiji waited under the window. Because Seiji had wanted to show the morning sun to Shizuku. And, Seiji proposes in a serious expression to Shizuku. "It can't be right away, but will you marry me?" Shizuku said O.K. Seiji embraced Shizuku closely with might and main. "Shizuku, I love you!!" "If you listen carefully, you will hear a Whisper of the Heart"
